Special Education Department
The Wheatland Center School District provides a full range of special education and related services to students with disabilities to ensure that all students, regardless of ability level, are able to access, participate and progress in the curriculum along with grade level peers.
In the state of Wisconsin, students receive services under one or more of the 11 disability areas: Autism, Emotional/Behavioral Disability, Hearing Impairment, Intellectual Disability, Other Health Impairment, Orthopedic Impairment, Significant Developmental Disorder, Specific Learning Disability, Speech/Language Impairment, Traumatic Brain Injury, Vision Impairment.
