Warhawk staff have had an exciting and productive week of professional development as they put the finishing touches in place for Tuesday, September 5th: the official start day of our greatly anticipated 2023-24 school year! We've loved seeing our Warhawks during Meet & Greets and Open House. Come and join us during the 2023-24 school year for the Little Warhawks Playgroup! This is a perfect opportunity to strengthen social-emotional skills, early literacy skills, and to develop connections between families with two-year-old or three-year-old children. Beginning on September 19th, the Little Warhawks Playgroup for two-year-olds and their caregivers will meet from 10:30-11:30AM on Tuesdays. The Little Warhawks Playgroup for three-year-olds will meet from 10:30-11:30AM on Thursdays, beginning on September 21st. Arbor Management is hiring food service workers at Wheatland!

Student athletes, please join us on Wednesday nights at 6 p.m. for Cross Country Open Runs! Run or walk as much as you'd like, reconnect with teammates, and prepare yourself for a great season!

School pictures will be taken during our Back to School Open House from 4-7PM on Tuesday, August 29th! Drop in during this time to visit classrooms, meet teachers, check schedules, practice lockers, and take your school pictures! Retakes are scheduled for Tuesday, October 10th.

Summer school at Wheatland is off to a great start! These Warhawks are exploring new interests, preparing for learning at the next level, and diving deeper into interesting topics and tools, including lego robotics, cooking, gym, math and reading enrichment, high-interest science labs, art, and outdoor activities, among others! ☀️
